Insoo Chang

Insoo Chang invests in enterprise AI and financial technology at US Tau Ventures. Previously a senior vice president on Citigroup's strategic investment team, he co-founded the AI research-information platform NotedSource. He holds a Harvard MBA and Cornell economics degree. The current team page publishes Principal; the January 2026 newsletter calls him Vice President, with the discrepancy explicitly retained.
