Huaizheng Peng, styled Peng Huaizheng in the CMS directory, is China Medical System’s published chief business officer. After serving as an independent non-executive director from May2010 to October2013, he continued working with the group. His prior career includes life-science investment roles in UK and Canadian financial firms. He earned clinical-medicine degrees at Hunan Medical College in1984 and1989 and a molecular-pathology doctorate at UniversityCollegeLondon in1998, and taught histopathology there. SEC2019 separately names him director of the HongKong investment vehicle and chief executive of distinct A&BHK; he signs CMSHK’s2022 Gelesis filing as director.
