Heidi Wagner is a Wave director with experience in government affairs, healthcare policy, pricing and patient access. She previously led government affairs at ElevateBio through October 2025 and held leadership roles at Global Blood Therapeutics, Alexion and Genentech. She serves on the Lieber Institute for Brain Development board and holds a George Mason law degree and University of Colorado journalism degree.
