Heather Culp

Heather Culp is senior vice president and chief development officer of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, joining on August 10, 2026 to lead fundraising and donor engagement. Previously she led philanthropy at University of Maryland Medicine and fundraising for Johns Hopkins neurology and brain sciences. She trained in English at Washington College and law at the University of Maryland and practiced law before moving into philanthropy.
