George Garibaldi is a neuroscience drug-development physician and current Synendos Therapeutics Chief Medical Officer. Noema’s2020 issuer release identifies him as its Chief Medical Officer, and Newron’s2026 primary biography confirms that he co-founded Noema. The Noema position is historical and does not replace his existing Synendos role.
