Frank Pawlitschek
Frank Pawlitschek is managing director at HPVC (Hasso Plattner Venture Capital), the venture-investment platform formerly HPI Ventures and legally operated by HPI Seed Fund GmbH in Potsdam. He also directs HPI Engine, the institute’s entrepreneurship center. An official HPI biography describes law degrees and a doctorate from Mainz and Auckland, a decade specializing in M&A and technology law, and co-founding EV charging company ubitricity in 2008 before its 2021 exit.
