Frances West

Frances West is the accessibility and partnerships adviser named in Haptic’s older unlinked team roster. Its former IBM chief accessibility officer description is explicitly historical. Her absence from the current linked adviser section leaves the present company affiliation unconfirmed; no current IBM job or personal financing is inferred.
