David W. Miller

David W. Miller is an Aitia board observer and a GHO Capital operating partner with pharmaceutical market-access and health-economics experience. He previously held leadership roles at Biogen, Elan and GlaxoSmithKline. He trained in pharmacy at the University of Iowa and earned a doctorate at the University of Maryland Baltimore.
