David A. Dahl
David A. Dahl is the president and CEO of Whittier Trust Company. The separate Whittier Ventures LLC is a private investment entity: a 2025 SEC filing identifies Dahl as its manager, while historical SEC filings describe him as its president from 1996. These affiliations are dated and do not transfer the trust-company roster or assets to the LLC. His native Whittier Trust biography says he joined in 1993, previously worked as a portfolio manager at Duff & Phelps Investment Management in Chicago, earned a bachelor’s from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of Southern California, and holds CFA and CPA credentials.
