Carolyn Hall heads Oxford University Innovation People and Culture. She joined in February2012 after leading HR and facilities at Marks and Spencer, and previously worked for Dixons Retail and WH Smith. Her published experience spans people management, HR and organisational strategy across retail and distribution.
