Aaron Gani

Aaron Gani founded BehaVR, the VR digital-therapeutics business later branded RealizedCare, and was its chief executive before the 2025 XRHealth acquisition. The acquisition announcement appointed him general manager of XRHealth US; a standalone current RealizedCare CEO position is therefore not assumed from older directories. Previously Humana chief technology officer, he combines healthcare technology and behavioral-health product development. Published biographies report a Northwestern master’s degree in predictive analytics, Duke MBA and Louisville management/computer-information-systems degree. SEC filings also identify him as a historical BehaVR director.
