XGEN Venture is a Milan-based venture capital fund manager that builds and invests in early-stage life-sciences companies developing therapeutics, medical devices and diagnostics. Its portfolio includes gene therapies for refractory epilepsy and rare diseases, oncology treatments and cardiovascular technologies. Established by the former Genextra team in 2021, it invests through the XGEN Venture Life Science Fund and separately advises Genextra on its legacy portfolio.
