Wipro Ventures
Wipro Ventures is the corporate venture-investment arm of Wipro Limited, established in 2015. It backs early- and mid-stage enterprise technology businesses and helps portfolio companies reach Wipro’s business units and customers. Relevant investments include healthcare-payment AI company Codoxo and software, data infrastructure, cybersecurity and automation businesses. It is represented as the corporate investment platform, not an independently verified third-party LP fund manager or an additional parent-company buyer. The official current directory publishes nine investment, business-development, finance and marketing professionals. Wipro describes Fund II’s January 2020 USD150 million closing as an additional internal capital allocation. The original 2015 USD100 million programme and February 2025 USD200 million commitment to Fund III are corporate commitments; cumulative USD500 million capital under management is not another fund close. Exact underlying legal subscriber vehicles and capital-call payment schedules remain unpublished. Wipro Ventures is distinct from Wipro Consumer Care Ventures, Wipro Enterprises and similarly named investment firms.
