Tiny Orange Capital is a private investment management and business consulting firm whose investment services are devoted to a single family office. Its own website publishes a focus on mid-stage venture capital, financial services, fintech, digital assets, innovative biotech and other exponential technologies. The firm also provides business management, sales, marketing, branding, media and leadership consulting, mentoring emerging enterprises, and board and advisory services. Its own public locations are Tysons Corner, Virginia; New York, New York; and Scottsdale, Arizona. The legal entity suffix, founding date, assets under management and any outside-LP fund closes are not publicly verified here. It is distinct from the unrelated Tiny/Tiny Capital business and from Edelman Financial Engines. Ric Edelman’s own December 17, 2024 announcement identifies Tiny Orange as his family office and describes expanding fintech, exponential technology and crypto investments through it. NeuroVision’s current issuer-published board biography identifies René Chaze as a Tiny Orange partner focused on blockchain, digital assets and life sciences. The issuer’s own investor section lists Tiny Orange Capital, supporting a neuroscience/biomarker-company investment relationship, but it does not disclose the check date, stage, ticket or legal investing vehicle. A board appointment alone is not treated as a personal check. The public named roster is source qualified: Ric Edelman, René Chaze, Jean Edelman in a historical 2022 issuer family-office disclosure, and Maribeth Bluyus, Kara Olivarria, Sam Stein and Jill Lopes in company or first-person professional pages. Maribeth and Kara’s newer profiles identify other employers; their Tiny Orange affiliations remain undated, with current employment unverified. Sam’s public title is not disclosed; Jill self-describes a family-office Director of Finance role. No complete current internal employee directory is published on the firm’s website. Tombot’s SEC-filed September 2022 issuer exhibit lists Tiny Orange, Ric and Jean Edelman together in a family-office investment entry of USD500,000 within the issuer’s cumulative USD4.6 million raised as of September 8, 2022. This does not establish a specific priced-round allocation, three separate checks, a private-LP vehicle or an exact cash closing date. No fund raise is inferred from family wealth, portfolio fundraising totals or affiliated financial-planning-company assets.
