    Sidecut’s first institutional fund, a Delaware limited partnership formed in 2024. Managing partner Mike Ma publicly announced that the first close was complete on February6,2025. The amount of that close and final fund corpus are undisclosed. The earlier December2024 FormD listed an indefinite offering, zero sold and first sale yet to occur; those were pre-close regulatory disclosures, not capital raised. The fund backs pre-seed businesses within Sidecut’s coaching-led strategy.
