Sail Biomedicines
Sail Biomedicines develops programmable RNA medicines that act directly inside the body. Its platform combines translatable circular Endless RNA with targeted nanoparticles to control the cells reached and the duration of therapeutic protein expression, using AI and high-throughput experiments to help design medicines. Its lead focus is in vivo CAR-T therapy for immune-mediated diseases. Sail was formed in October 2023 through the combination of Senda Biosciences and Laronde, bringing together their RNA-payload and delivery technologies.
