SSI Strategy LLC is a life-sciences strategic consulting and drug-development company headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey, with additional UK, Swedish and German offices. Its historical holding company was SSI Strategy Holdings LLC. It combines business consulting with clinical development, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, regulatory science and program leadership for biotechnology companies. SSI is a corporate strategic investor, distinct from Summit Strategic Investments, SSI Investment Management and similarly abbreviated organizations. Madhav Gurijala leads its corporate-development ventures group and investment decisions for an own strategic investment fund whose public legal name, size and closing dates are undisclosed; no externally marketed VC fund is inferred. Its AI and neuroscience exposure includes Johan Strömquist’s AI risk and innovation leadership, neuroimmunology expertise from Benit Maru, neuroscience and psychiatry drug-development work from Trevor Mill, and the digital visual-neuroplasticity therapeutic company Luminopia, which names SSI as a seed-extension investor. The current public directory identifies 21 distinct leadership professionals, ten independent Executive Advisory Network members and fifteen NDA regulatory advisory experts; independent network affiliations do not assert employment or personal cash tickets. Amulet Capital made SSI’s first institutional growth investment in December 2020 at an undisclosed price. Clinigen announced its acquisition in September 2025 and confirmed completion on November 21, 2025; the acquisition is separate from startup fundraising and is not assigned an invented deal value.
