SK Networks Americas
Palo Alto, California, United States
SK Networks Americas LLC is the wholly owned US corporate investment arm of SK Networks. Incorporated in Delaware on 15 May 2020 as TenX Capital LLC, it changed its legal name to HICO Capital LLC on 26 July 2022 and to SK Networks Americas LLC on 16 January 2025. Its Silicon Valley venture investments include computer-vision company Standard Cognition (Standard AI), agricultural autonomy company Sabanto and advanced-materials company MycoWorks. The historical HICO Capital corporate vehicle is the same entity represented here; it is distinct from subsidiary HICO Management LLC, which manages the HICO Ventures investment business and legal private funds. Parent SK Networks and this subsidiary are not duplicate investors in the same transaction. Samuel Kim formerly headed the corporate vehicle, followed by Changho Jin and Sungwook Moon according to official filings. The latest documented appointment is March 2025; a complete current employee roster and current executive tenure have not been established. Its genuine current SK Networks Americas wordmark is published on the parent’s company page. Historical parent investment programs and subsidiary commitments are not asserted as closed LP funds.
