It invests across healthcare companies through private and growth equity, royalty and structured financing, and public-market strategies, with operating support from Transformation and Growth and research from Patient Square Insights. Its AI transformation team is led by Ang Sun; portfolio businesses include biotechnology, molecular research tools, telemedicine and behavioral healthcare. It formed Enavate Sciences with an initial USD300 million capital commitment in May2022. Patient Square Equity Partners closed its inaugural fund at approximately USD3.9 billion in February2023. Firm-wide assets under management and later fundraising targets are distinct from a verified fund close. This is separate from Patient Capital Management.
