Paris Business Angels

Paris Business Angels is a French nonprofit angel-investor network constituted as a law1901 association, RNA W751160767 and SIREN450983812. It connects entrepreneurs with member investors, screens early-stage opportunities and coordinates expert-led diligence, investment structuring and portfolio support. The current published team comprises thirteen elected governance members and four permanent staff, led by president Olivier Baroux. An older legal page names predecessor Elisabeth Lecuyer; this is historical rather than current leadership. Member investments are usually coordinated through deal-specific SPVs (the network publishes approximately80percent), not automatically paid from association treasury. A source naming the network therefore establishes a collective platform relationship without proving a particular member or subscribing SPV. Published cumulative deployment and average tickets are not LP fund closes or exact company allocations. Its portfolio includes AI, deep technology, biotechnology and neurotechnology. No current public LP fundraising close is established.
