New York venture capital firm founded by Eyal Bino, backing Israeli pre-seed and seed founders building global companies through the NYC technology ecosystem. It combines early capital with introductions to customers, advisers and US market partners. The firm’s published portfolio spans AI agents and developer infrastructure, enterprise software, digital health, fintech, property and construction technology. Examples include CopilotKit, Genrate, Dig, Symbolic Mind, TrialKit, Medida, Tymely, Xoltar, Remepy and Rubato. Rubato is described by the firm as a biometric and AI music intervention for people with dementia; this is a portfolio product description, not evidence of regulatory approval or clinical efficacy. The current official team names Founding Partner Eyal Bino, Associate Jeremy Boss, Operating Partner Ronnie Lavi, Venture Partner Vamsi Sistla and Senior Advisor Amit Maimon.
