Orakl Oncology Orakl Oncology combines patient-derived tumour organoids with artificial intelligence to help pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies discover and develop cancer treatments. It grows living models of patients’ tumours, tests their responses to drugs, and links those results with clinical histories, genomic data and medical imaging. Its O-Predict platform helps anticipate treatment response and clinical-trial outcomes, while O-Target identifies potential targets for new medicines. A spin-off from Gustave Roussy, it works with hospitals to build patient-matched biological and clinical datasets, with programmes including colorectal, pancreatic and KRAS-mutant cancers.
