OMVC, short for OM Venture Capital, is the early-stage manager operating omvc.co and the2025 rebrand of Vectr Fintech Partners. Founder announcements explicitly retain the partnership with the separate Vectr Ventures organization; this change does not rename all Vectr Ventures or transfer its earlier biotechnology investment history. OMVC invests in seed and Series A businesses across North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, combining fintech with frontier innovation and climate/resource technology. Its own current portfolio includes AI-agent company Wand, vector-infrastructure company Superlinked, NLP platform Accern and AI market-making company Air Trading. The current team directory publishes six core people, three venture partners and six external advisors, all with authentic named portraits. Ben Hoxie is now Principal and Marc Palet Associate; older Vectr analyst titles are historical. The site’s privacy policy identifies OMVC Ventures Limited as its operator. The official Hawaii HTDC investment memorandum identifies OM Venture Capital LLC as manager of OMVC Hawaii Fund I LLC. These are qualified operating/management entities within the public OMVC brand, not an asserted merger into a single legal corporation. Its own history and founder posts place the inaugural VFP fund in2018, while HTDC’s memorandum uses2019 as FundI vintage; exact legal incorporation date is not assumed. Cayman CIMA confirms Vectr Fintech Partners LP and Vectr Fintech II LP legal fund registrations. SEC’s2022 FormD records only partialUSD650,000 sold in FundII; a later official December2025 HTDC memorandum explicitly statesUSD38M has already closed in that fund. The actual final close day is unpublished. OMVC FundIII’sUSD100M overview is a fundraising target, while Hawaii FundI’sUSD6M plan and conditionalUSD3M state allocation are not independently verified total closed cash. The current HI-CAP program confirms Hawaii FundI has received investment but gives no exact draw, fullfund amount or close date. Portfolio-company capital raised, AUM, targets, network advisors’ personal investments and related Vectr funds are not treated as new manager cash. The portfolio template contains an exit element on every item; this is not treated as proof all companies are exited. Exact company stages require transaction-level primary sources.
