Noctua Science Ventures
Vienna-based science venture initiative founded in 2025 by Speedinvest and TU Wien and subsequently expanded to Austria’s technical universities. It backs university and research spinouts at pre-seed, helping founders commercialize scientific intellectual property, assemble teams and prepare follow-on financing. Its focus includes deep tech, AI and software, climate and industrial technology, health technology, synthetic biology and biotechnology. The associated Noctua Science I fund is legally managed by Speedinvest GmbH.
