Neuronetics
Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States
Public U.S. medical technology and interventional mental-health company (Nasdaq: STIM), incorporated in Delaware in2003 and headquartered in Malvern, Pennsylvania. It develops and markets the NeuroStar Advanced Therapy transcranial magnetic stimulation system, using noninvasive magnetic pulses for prescription treatment within its cleared indications. FDA510(k) clearances cover adult major depressive disorder, anxiety symptoms accompanying adult MDD, adjunct treatment for adult obsessive-compulsive disorder, and adjunct MDD treatment for adolescents aged15–21; clearance is indication-specific. Neuronetics acquired Greenbrook TMS on December9,2024 and operates its U.S. interventional psychiatry clinic network as a wholly owned subsidiary, offering TMS and SPRAVATO therapies. Dan Reuvers became President and CEO in March2026; current leaders include CFO Nir Naor, Cory Anderson as EVP and General Manager of Greenbrook, and sales SVP Rob Greene. Its neuroscience relevance rests on neuromodulation devices, clinical evidence, patient registries and care delivery; planned neuronavigation collaborations and workflow integrations do not establish additional cleared indications. Verified financing includes venture rounds, a2018IPO, subsequent public equity offerings and actual debt draws. Madryn became a major shareholder through Greenbrook debt conversion and merger share exchange; this noncash ownership event is distinct from new issuer cash funding. Geoffrey Grammer is Chief Medical Officer of both Neuronetics and Greenbrook, as explicitly identified in the company’s July28,2026 announcement.
