NanoVoxel GmbH is a Vienna contract manufacturer that designs and produces high-precision micro-components for medical devices, biotechnology, electronics and industrial engineering. It combines two-photon polymerization 3D printing with micro-injection molding, casting, micro-assembly and engineering consulting, choosing processes and materials for customers’ prototypes and larger production runs. Its capabilities cover complex three-dimensional structures, narrow channels and small features that are difficult to make with conventional machining. Applications include microfluidic chips and masters, micro-endoscopes, valves, microneedles, dispensing nozzles, microconnectors and miniature mechanical components. It also provides dimensional analysis using techniques such as laser 3D profilometry, scanning electron microscopy and micro-computed tomography. Registered in Austria in 2022, NanoVoxel serves researchers and product developers rather than selling an independently approved clinical therapy or diagnostic system.
