Kick Foundation

Kick Foundation is the Swiss charitable foundation established in2021 by Ernst Göhner Stiftung and Gebert Rüf Stiftung to support innovation and entrepreneurial talent. Its own Talent Kick legal footer identifies Basel registrationCH-270.7.003.341-5 and UIDCHE-268.259.374. It provides the legal charitable structure for Idea Kick, Talent Kick and Venture Kick; Venture Kick’s own legal/governance page explicitly identifies Kick Foundation, Fonds Venture Kick, with operational management mandated to Venturelab Ltd. The foundation’s current public directory publishes seven trustees and Pascale Vonmont in the foundation office, each with a genuine named portrait. Programme strategy-board and externally mandated operating roles are distinguished from foundation employment. This is a nonprofit grant/early-stage-support institution, not an LP venture-capital manager. Its programme can provide grant awards and convertible loans under stage-specific terms; an award is not automatically a cash disbursement. The website’s aggregate programme-support figures and annual allocations are not new fund closes or investee equity proceeds. Independent Kickfund and InnoBooster funding are separate; no duplication of their capital or whole Venturelab staff is assigned here. Before the end of2021, Venture Kick was hosted by Fondation des Fondateurs; historical awards are not retroactively asserted as cash paid by the newer foundation.
