H.I.G. HealthBridge (formerly H.I.G. BioHealth Partners)
H.I.G. HealthBridge is the healthcare growth-equity investment strategy previously known as H.I.G. BioHealth Partners, as confirmed by its own rebranding notice and higbio.com redirect. It invests in medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, digital health, tools and diagnostics, and product-related services, supporting commercial strategy, growth, management recruitment and operational development. Its direct portfolio includes prescription digital therapeutics company Click Therapeutics, CNS-focused Arvelle Therapeutics, augmented-reality surgical-navigation company Augmedics and medical-device companies. Click’s ownOctober2021announcement names BioHealth as a USD52M Series B co-lead; the exact subscribing LP is not inferred. The SEC-registered umbrella adviser is H.I.G. Capital, LLC, CRD160711. Its March2026FormADV identifies separate HealthBridge Advisors I/II general partners and HealthBridge Capital Partners I/II Delaware LPs. ExactFormD file numbers reconcile these current fund names with historical BioVenturesII and BioHealthIII, without creating duplicate funds for aliases. The published current team comprises shared parent-platform executive leadership and Bruce Robertson as Senior Advisor. Alex Zisson’s historical BioHealth managing-director role and portfolio-company board descriptions are documented separately; he is absent from the current manager roster, so continued manager employment is not asserted solely from older biographies. This strategy profile is distinct from H.I.G. Growth Partners and the whole H.I.G. Capital organisation. Parent-wide USD75B AUM, 500professionals and aggregate transaction counts are not individual HealthBridge capital or team size.
