Boulder, Colorado venture capital firm now branded Foundry. It invests in early-stage technology companies throughout the United States and Canada and in other early-stage venture funds. Its company portfolio includes artificial intelligence, quantum computing, robotics, additive manufacturing and digital health businesses, including Infleqtion, Butlr, Formlabs, Regard, Ferrum Health and Meru Health. The firm formed in 2006 and raised its inaugural fund in 2007. Its USD500 million Foundry 2022 fund began investing in 2022 and was publicly announced in May 2023. In January 2024 Foundry announced that this would be its final fund, while continuing new investments and long-term support of its existing company and partner-fund portfolio; its own February 2026 mpathic investment announcement confirms subsequent activity. Historical partner-fund investments are distinct from the general partners’ earlier personal fund investments.
