Its neuroscience investments include CAMP4's regulatory RNA therapies, Sudo Biosciences' precision TYK2 inhibitors and Graviton's ROCK2 programs. Patient Square announced an initial $300 million capital commitment at launch; this was a commitment to the investment platform, rather than a verified cash draw or a standalone fund close.
