EckuityCapital
United States
Eckuity Capital is a healthcare growth-investment platform backing commercial-stage medical technology, healthcare software and life-sciences businesses. Its published strategy combines investment capital with commercialization support, including sales infrastructure, market access and the Nettwork Holdings operating platform. Relevant published exposure includes laboratory automation and AI at Automata, surgical data and AI at Caresyntax and FluidAI, digital-health software at Huma, genomic analytics at Sonrai Analytics, and investigational CNS drug-delivery technology at Enquyst. The manager’s portfolio descriptions are its own claims; they do not independently establish clinical accuracy, regulatory approval or investment cash amounts. The platform has two distinct legal advisers in current public filings: Eckuity LLC, CRD328867 / SEC802-129049 (March30,2026 ADV), manages the first fund and associated vehicles through Eckuity GP LLC; Eckuity Capital Management LLC, CRD341916 / SEC802-136192 (April3,2026 ADV), manages Eckuity Fund II LP through Eckuity GP II LLC. The single published commercial platform is recorded here with explicit fund-specific legal management, without asserting that these LLCs legally merged or renamed one another. Its February28,2024 own final-close announcement states USD155million in the body, despite a rounded USD150million headline; its own LP independently confirms USD155million. Fund II reached a first close announced June25,2026, with no disclosed amount, and began investing through the Automata Series C alongside Danaher. Current own directory publishes twelve staff, twelve venture partners and six advisory-board members. The June2026 announcement confirms Paul Enever and Alejandro Sanchez joined as partners following their Evidity work. Original Canepa/Evidity financing checks remain attributed to that historical manager; people joining or portfolio integration do not establish new Eckuity cash investments. Two additional officers are separately scoped to dated legal filings: Vishal Jain remains a managing partner of the first legal adviser as of March2026 but is absent the newer directory; Jonny He is the legal CFO in March/April filings, while the newer directory lists Ken Eagle as CFO. Exact transitions and end days are unknown. Sixteen actual private fund and SPV vehicles are recorded from the two ADVs; SPVs and the Cayman/NJIEF vehicles do not multiply the USD155million first-fund close. Gross asset values, targets, conditional NJEDA commitments, portfolio purchase headlines and contingent acquisition milestones are not closed fund cash.
