First dedicated growth fund for water technology companies scaling after initial commercialization. The manager’s January 2026 publication says fundraising remains underway and more than a third is signed; no exact fund size or final close is disclosed. Formerly called Opportunity Fund I. Initial positions named by the manager are Aqua Membranes, Daupler and Irrigreen, and Xylem is the anchor investor.
