BrickBio
BrickBio is a biotechnology company developing precision biologics with an expanded genetic code and site-specific protein conjugation platform. It incorporates synthetic amino acids into proteins expressed in living cells, allowing selected sites to carry drug payloads, targeting ligands or other functional groups. The platform supports antibody-drug conjugates, multi-payload conjugates, protein therapeutics and targeted delivery approaches for AAV gene therapies, oligonucleotides and nanobodies. BrickBio is developing its own preclinical oncology candidates and works with pharmaceutical partners to engineer therapeutic molecules.
