It is distinct from that parent, Andersen Advisory Group Invest A/S and other Andersen consultancies. The filing has an extended-review assurance report rather than a full audit. The group's archived website reports establishment in 1991 as the holding company of Andersen Management International A/S, an IT/telecommunications consultancy. Its own website, archived in March 2024, describes private venture/equity investment in new and established businesses with a focus on cloud software. Current Valuer primary sources describe AI engineering, predictive analytics, NLP, clustering and generative-AI business insights; Konsolidator's own product release documents AI account mapping. Relevant operating-company profiles and their holding/brand legal bridges require separate full verification. Configit's September 2016 issuer publication identifies Andersen Advisory Group as its earlier main investor when moving offices in 2008.
