ATHOS KG

ATHOS KG is a German private investment holding and family office based in Holzkirchen. It invests entrepreneurially with a principal focus on pharmaceuticals and life sciences, supporting the development and commercialization of medicines through direct company investments and long-term ownership. Its operating-company holdings include pharmaceutical businesses held through subsidiaries, while its venture investments include clinical-stage biotechnology. ATHOS led the April 2026 EUR 35 million financing of TIBEAY BioSciences to advance an investigational treatment for severe traumatic brain injury. The legal entity is ATHOS KG, Munich commercial register HRA 110419; subsidiary Santo Holding (Deutschland) GmbH and other ATHOS-branded legal entities remain distinct organizations.
