Workday Ventures is the internal strategic investment arm of Workday, Inc., the US public enterprise-software company. It was launched in a parent announcement dated July14,2015, focused on data science and machine learning; the current directory’s2018 Funded label refers to the later corporate-capital programme rather than initial unit founding. Its immutable existing InvestmentFirm record and Investor4227 are retained as the venture-unit profile, not evidence of an independently incorporated or externally capitalised investment adviser. The current unit publishes five named professionals: Michael Magaro, Barbry McGann, Sarah Ospina, Savannah Greene and Caroline Rafferty. Their capacities span corporate growth, venture investment and portfolio experience; the parent’s general workforce is not duplicated. Workday announced an initial USD250M venture allocation in February2018 and an additional USD250M corporate commitment in February2023, bringing the current programme capacity toUSD500M. These are corporate investment allocations, not inferred external LP closes or cash already paid to every portfolio company. The exact subscribing legal subsidiary, fund or SPV for individual transactions is unpublished unless an issuer identifies it; the published Workday Ventures buyer is qualified at unit level. Its current portfolio emphasises enterprise AI, software automation, infrastructure and responsible AI, with healthcare-related technology including Sully.ai and care-support platforms. Workday Ventures co-led Comulate’s actual USD20M SeriesB announced February11,2025; an individual ticket and any new company board role are not inferred from the investment. Existing venture participation IDs and personal investment graphs are preserved.
