Wojciech Zaremba
OpenAI co-founder and Head of AI Resilience at the OpenAI Foundation, appointed in March 2026. Works on AI safety, alignment and society's preparedness for advanced AI. Previously led OpenAI teams working on robotics, code generation, language models and human data, with contributions to Codex, GPT-4 and reasoning models. Earned a PhD at NYU with Yann LeCun and Rob Fergus.
