His responsibilities at the firm span from sourcing and executing transactions to partnering directly with portfolio company executives on growth and operational transformations. Prior to Insight, Will was a Consultant at Bain & Company in their New York office, where he advised tech clients on go-to-market strategy, new product innovation, and merger integration. He also spent time in Bain's Private Equity practice focused on due diligence of software businesses. Prior to that, he worked at Starwood Capital Group Will graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Economics. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, watching Christopher Nolan films, and hosting friends for dinner at his Williamsburg apartment.
