Werner Valeur

Werner Valeur, formerly Toke Kruse as explicitly stated in his own curriculum vitae, is a Danish software entrepreneur. His own historical portfolio identifies him as a co-founder of Paperflow with Preben Damgaard and Dan Rose Johansen. A December2019 CVX interview describes his role directing the English subsidiary and expanding the business in the UK. His own biography discusses founding Billy and other software companies; the name change is an alias of one person, not a second founder. Paperflow was acquired by Boyum in2022 and its software transferred to Digisense in2026. His Paperflow role is historical; no current executive employment or exact personal financing allocation is inferred.
