Vlad Loktev
Vlad is a Venture Partner at Index Ventures, where he invests and supports founders across AI and consumer, including companies such as Kindred, BRINC drones, Daydream, and Anthropic. He currently serves as the Chief Creator Ecosystem Officer at Roblox, leading Creator Product, Developer Relations, and the Innovation Studio.Vlad is a product leader and technology entrepreneur with deep experience across the industry. Vlad spent the bulk of his career at Airbnb, where he was the first growth product manager, going on to partner closely with Brian Chesky to build the company, and finally serving as VP of Product and GM for the core hosting business. Prior to Airbnb, Vlad built games at Zynga, founded a social survey company, and worked in derivative trading at Morgan Stanley.Vlad graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University. In his free time, Vlad is an avid gamer, sci-fi enthusiast, and aspiring pianist. Vlad resides in San Francisco with his wife and has three startups of his own at home – two very passionate toddlers and a goofy labradoodle. His dream is to one day be selected for the reality show Survivor.
