Vincent Gao

Vincent Gao is a principal at WI Harper and a partner of its Luxin Fund. He focuses on advanced technologies, semiconductors, next-generation information technology and intelligent manufacturing. He joined WI Harper in2014 after investment work at Tuspark and technical management at Cisco. He holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and an engineering degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
