Vance R. Brown
Vance R. Brown is executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Boston Scientific. He leads its legal and compliance functions and previously directed international legal teams, venture-capital transactions, mergers and corporate governance. Earlier he practiced at Skadden; he studied at Western Ontario and Harvard Law School.
