Ursula Soritsch-Renier

She has a diploma in economy and majored in philosophy with a minor in Computer Science at the University of Vienna. She started her career at Philips as IT Project Manager, Consumer Electronics in 1995 before moving to Global IT Process Systems Manager, Consumer Electronics in 1997, and in 2006 was appointed Director, Information Management and Quality & Regulatory, Healthcare. She moved to Novartis in 2009 as Global Head, IT Strategy, PMO and Architecture being based in Boston, before being appointed Group Chief Information Officer and Digital Leader at Sulzer in 2013. She was appointed as Group Chief Information and Digital officer for Nokia between 2018 and 2020. Since March 2021, she has been working as Group Chief Digital and Information Officer for Saint-Gobain, a worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction, with a challenge to accelerate the digital transformation of this 350 years old company.
