Tracy Blackwell

Tracy Blackwell is an external member of Wellcome’s investment committee. She helped establish Pension Insurance Corporation in2006 and served as its chief investment officer before becoming CEO in2015. PIC’s2025 annual report confirms that she retired as CEO and from the PIC and PICG boards on31December2025; older biographies describing her as current PIC CEO are historical. Her continuing Wellcome committee membership is confirmed by its current public roster.
