Tom joined Novo Holdings A/S in September 2024 as an Associate in Principal Investments. He participates in deal sourcing and execution as well as in managing the existing portfolio of investments. Prior to joining Novo Holdings A/S, Tom worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Jefferies in London, focusing on buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory within the Healthcare industry. Tom holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics and a BSc in International Business from Grenoble École de Management.
