Tess Alonge
Tess Alonge is a technology vice president based in New York. She joined Hercules as an analyst in July2020 and became a vice president in July2025. Her earlier experience includes Jefferies trading operations and GE’s finance program; she studied finance and social entrepreneurship at Northeastern.
