Tania joined Novo Holdings A/S in August 2024 as Senior Partner in the Principal Investments team. Prior to Novo, Tania was a partner in the Private Equity team at BC Partners, covering the healthcare sector. She joined from Blackstone, where she looked after healthcare investments in Private Equity in Europe. Tania started her career at Goldman Sachs in the M&A team in London and Paris. Tania graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris).
