Sofie Drews

Sofie joined Novo Holdings A/S in July 2025 as Programme Director in the Strategy Office, where she is part of the Program and Projects team. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Sofie held various roles at ISS A/S focused on M&A, strategy execution, and transformation. Before her time at ISS, she spent 10 years in M&A advisory at PwC and KPMG, working in both Copenhagen and London. Sofie holds an MSc in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.
