Sihao joined Novo Holdings in September 2025 as an Associate in Novo Holdings China. Prior to joining Novo Holdings, Sihao worked as an Investment Associate at Hopu Investment, focusing on Greater China investments. Before that, Sihao worked as an investment banking analyst at UBS based out of Hong Kong. Sihao holds a Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Master of Finance from Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance.
