Shinichi Hara

Shinichi Hara is listed in Sompo Holdings’ official October1,2026 leadership directory as Director; Group CHRO, Director, Deputy President and Representative Executive Officer; Member of the Nomination Committee; Member of the Compensation Committee. Hara joined Yasuda in1988 and later led global business planning. He became Group CHRO in2019, joined the Sompo International board in2022 and advanced to the parent board and representative executive leadership in2024–2025. The parent holding company is distinct from its insurance, care and health-support subsidiaries and from any standalone venture vehicle.
